Quite a name…hairy pucoon…this lovely wildflower grows in the dunes behind our house, (I took this picture last week.). We just saw it at Nordhouse Dunes when backpack camping over Memorial Day. Looked it up and found it on our DNR posters by Gijsbert van Frankenhuyzen at our cottage.
Just loving the spring flowers!

I love spring colors. You are so right to add the beauty to your site. I now see the flowers growing around here and wish I had a camera with me to add to the beauty also. The latest flowers here are the hydrangea (a really beautiful and big cluster flower). If it doesn’t rain – again – tomorrow I will try to get a picture of the new flowers.
