A wonderful evening of vision board creating! The night outside was chilly, but the energy generated inside led to focused visions of renewal.
We began the evening with a visualization to set intention. This visualization came from Shatki Gwain:

A centering story brought the idea of “renewal” and light into the circle. The story was entitled, 3 Golden Hairs from the book Women Who Run with the Wolves, by Clarissa Pinkola Estes:

We then took time to question, reflect and discuss with the topic being focused on “renewal”. Here were the questions:
- With a change in the light due to the winter solstice, how do you wish to “renew” yourself as we move into the light of the new year
- How will you restore your existence, vigor, and freshness in the coming days?
Everyone shared…everyone had a beautiful story…the evening was enlightening.
